Sorel Boots with Dresses? What do you think about this concept? I personally, have never participated in this trend until recently. Being a little vertically challenged, I tend to shy away from harsh lines that could cut my legs and create unflattering looks. BUT I decided to give it a try...in Colorado where I was around nobody that I knew besides my husband, ha. Guess what?!? Nobody gave me dirty looks or awkward stares or made me feel uncomfortable for trying something a little out of my comfort zone. I then tried it later back home (with a different pair of boots) and a simple black dress. Same results. Now I'm not saying I'm going to replace every look with boots (It's REALLY hard to beat a simple dress with rockin' heels), but it's nice to switch things up a bit.
In case you didn't know, I LOVE Sorel Boots and have quite a few pairs of my own. I have a few other posts about them here, here and here. Be on the lookout for more posts in the future with my experiment of a short, curvy, woman wearing ankle booties/wedges with dresses! We can do it![/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider admin_label="Divider" color="#d8d8d8" show_divider="on" divider_style="solid" divider_position="top" hide_on_mobile="on" saved_tabs="all" /][et_pb_text admin_label="Text" background_layout="light" text_orientation="left" use_border_color="off" border_color="#ffffff" border_style="solid"]
