One of my biggest weaknesses during winter time are all of the fun holiday drinks. It all begins with the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks and then rolls into their Gingerbread Latte, Carmel Brûlée Latte and the Peppermint Mocha. However, my absolute favorite is just a regular ol' cup of hot chocolate. It's quick and easy to make at home, too. Heat up a cup of whole milk, add your favorite hot chocolate mix, and top it off with whip cream and some Ghirardelli Chocolate shavings! Check out my holiday go-to drink below.

Ingredients: Whole Milk, Whip Cream, Bellagio Hot Chocolate mix, Ghirardelli Chocolate shavings
Spode Christmas Tree Peppermint Footed Mug (14oz)
I love the detail on the foot of this mug. It's a present scene that goes around the complete circumference of the mug.
Add your hot chocolate mix
Top it off with some whip cream. I wish I knew a homemade recipe for this. The Cheesecake Factory has a really good whip cream.
Add some chocolate shavings...

Find more Christmas Tree Spode dishes at Spode, Dillard's or Macy's! They also have a paper goods line at craft stores such as Hobby Lobby or Jo Ann's if you prefer to skip the dishwashing. Enjoy!
